1. In these conditions: 'The Company' means Simply Equine 'goods and equipment' means the goods and/or equipment to which this document relates. Cancellation and Returns: (a) An order may be cancelled by giving us notice of cancellation within 30 days of the date of delivery. Such notice may be given by fax, email or by letter to the number or address as shown on this site. If the cancellation is because of any problems with the goods, please notify us of the problem at the time of cancellation. (b) On cancelling your order for any reason, you must return the goods to us at your cost unless the goods are being returned because they are faulty or incorrect. If this is the case we will meet the cost of return, which will be organised by ourselves. 6.
