Returns & Refund

All my products are sold as received from the relevant manufacturers, have been subject to strict quality control measures and are sold as described on the website. I am confident that you will be pleased with your purchase but should you need to return an item please note the following.
Firstly , you should contact me by email on sales@simplyequine.com to details the reasons for return and I will issue a return authorisation number.
All items should be returned unused in the original packaging including gift boxes/pouches and tags and must be returned using a fully trackable delivery service.
Please note that Sale items will not be accepted for return unless faulty or damaged.
Please note the timescale allowed for returns as below. Also, for hygiene reasons I cannot accept earrings for return unless damaged or faulty.
Refunds will apply as follows:

Refunds for any reason will be accepted for up to 30 days starting with the day you receive your order. Full refunds including your return delivery costs will be issued upon receipt and inspection. In providing this enhanced refund service I ask you to ensure that you genuinely wish to return an item.
2]Rest of World
I can only accept returns of items found to be damaged or not as described which must be returned within 14 days starting with the day you receive it.
