All our products are sold as received from the relevant manufacturers, have been subject to strict quality control measures and are sold as described on our website. We are confident that you will be pleased with your purchases but should you feel the need to return an item please note the following:
Firstly you should contact us by email on
sales@simplyequine.com using "Return request " as the email header . You should detail the reasons for the return request and we will issue an return authorisation number.
Items must be returned unused by a trackable delivery service and all original packaging including gift boxes/pouches and tags must be included.
Refunds will apply as follows;
UK Buyers
United Kingdom addresses only. Returns for any reason on all individual items costing over £30 will be accepted for up to 30 days starting with the day you receive your order. Full refunds including return delivery costs will be issued upon receipt and inspection.
Non UK Buyers
We can only accept returns of items found to be damaged or not as described on our website which must be returned using a fully trackable service within 14 days starting the day after you receive the item.
Following satisfactory inspection of returns full refunds including you return delivery costs will be issued.
